As part of our mandate to advance youth empowerment and entrepreneurship development, our organization participated in an international youth conference held in Tanzania , engaging alongside delegates from multiple countries.
The conference provided a strategic platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange on Pan-Atricanism, leadership, globa citizenship, innovation in entrepreneurship, and the integratior of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in modern entrepreneurial ecosystems. These discussions aligned strongly with our organizational mission to equip young people with the skills, mindset, and tools required to thrive in an increasingly digital and global economy.
Through this engagement, our delegation gained valuable insights and best practices that will be incorporated into our youth-focused programs in Cameroon, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurial capacity building, digital innovation, and technology-enabled enterprise development. Our focus remains on translating global knowledge into locally relevant solutions that create measurable impact for young people.
We extend our appreciation to the conference organizers @afrilead_edutourism_network for convening a high-level forum that fosters collaboration, leadership development, and cross-border partnerships among youth-serving institutions across Africa and beyond.

At the heart of our participation is our YAA Hydroponics Innovation Program (YAA-HIP) 🌱 a sustainable agriculture initiative designed to promote climate-smart food production, water efficiency, and youth-driven green entrepreneurship. Through hydroponics, we are helping communities grow more with less, reduce environmental strain, and build resilience against climate challenges.
